Business Scaling Coach

Build a Business That Scales Beyond You.

Your business has grown—but so has your involvement. Every important decision still comes through you, your team depends on your direction, and strategic work keeps getting pushed aside by day-to-day execution.

I partner with founder-led businesses to build the strategy, systems and execution needed to scale with confidence.

The shift we build towards
  1. 01

    Founder

    Direction and judgement

  2. 02

    Systems

    How work gets done

  3. 03

    Team Ownership

    Clear accountability

  4. 04

    Growth

    Repeatable, less fragile

What founders describe

Your business is growing—but so is your involvement.

In the early years, heavy founder involvement is normal. You are close to the customer, you make the calls, and that speed is an advantage.

As the business grows, the same involvement quietly becomes the constraint. More customers and more people mean more decisions—and they all route back through one person.

  • 01

Every important decision comes to you.

  • 02

Your team waits for your approval.

  • 03

You spend too much time solving operational problems.

  • 04

Strategic priorities keep getting pushed aside.

  • 05

    Growth feels increasingly chaotic.

  • 06

The business slows down when you step away.

The core insight

The problem isn't that you're not working hard enough.

Your business may simply have outgrown the way it is being run.

Early-stage businesses depend heavily on the founder. That is how they get off the ground: one person holds the strategy, the selling, the delivery and the quality control.

As the business grows, that model produces complexity and dependency faster than it produces capacity. Scaling requires a different operating model—one where the business, not the founder, carries the work.

  • Strategic clarity

Where to focus, and what to stop doing.

  • Systems

Repeatable ways of working that do not need you in the room.

  • Accountability

Clear ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.

  • Leadership

A team that makes decisions closer to the work.

  • Execution

Strategy translated into weekly business practice.

How the constraint forms
  1. Founder does everything

  2. Business grows

  3. Complexity increases

  4. Founder becomes bottleneck

  5. Business needs stronger systems

The shift

Imagine leading your business instead of running every part of it.

The aim is not a perfect business. It is a business where the important work does not stall waiting for you.

Before

  • Founder approves everything
  • Team waits for decisions
  • Processes are inconsistent
  • Sales are unpredictable
  • Founder is constantly firefighting

After

  • Clear ownership
  • Stronger systems
  • Consistent execution
  • More reliable growth processes
  • Founder focuses on strategic priorities

Results depend on the business, the market and how consistently change is implemented. No outcome is guaranteed.

About

Strategy is only valuable when it gets implemented.

I'm Shivani Narang, a Business Scaling Coach working with founder-led businesses. My background combines an MBA, consulting experience and growth strategy work with the experience of building a business myself.

That mix shapes how I work: strategic advisory and coaching, paired with hands-on implementation support. I don't hand over a deck of recommendations and step away. I work alongside founders while the changes are put into practice—so the strategy shows up in how the business actually runs.
